Astrologers descend on New Orleans for holiday weekend

Looking to brush up on astrology? Or maybe you want to find out what the stars have in store for you? This is the weekend to do it in New Orleans where hundreds of astrologists have converged.
"Its the soul of America. We've been here before. It's a beautiful city. Two of us are Cancers which means we love food," joked astrologer Madalyn Hillis-Dineen.
The Massachusetts woman is joining 1500 people from more than 30 countries for the United Astrology Conference. The last time it was held in the Crescent City was back in 1989.
"Its where people can study every aspect of astrology from the very basic to very advanced techniques," said Hillis-Dineen describing a wide range of workshops and lectures.
Organizers say the conference gives astrologists the chance to meet face-to-face and learn new skills.
Professional astrologer Susie Cox is one of the guest speakers. Cox says she has interpreted over 44,000 astrology charts. Her interest blossoming at a very young age.
